Today, you will be touring The Neopian Plaza. This is a place made out of shops and other entertainment for you to enjoy. We will be stopping first at the Kadoatery and ending at the Hospital. We will, however be skipping the Nickelodeon Slime Park and The Disney DVD Theatre, and CocoWorks
First stop, the Kadoatery! If you are willing to be charitable, this is the place for you. You can feed those pour Kadoaties! If you see one looking sad, look under it and you should she a food name item. Go looking for it, and you can maybe bring it back to that Kadoatie. =) Isn’t that spiffy?

The Wishing Well is next. If you don’t have the money (or Neopoints in this situation), visit the Wishing Well. There is no guarantee for your wish to be granted, and as it says no matter how much you donate, it still doesn’t guarantee anything. If you get your wish granted you should get a neomail from The Neopets Team in at least 24 hours.

And onto the plushie shop. If your into plushies this is totally the place for you. From Rainbow Aisha to a Yellow Lutari, this store has all the colors of the rainbow on it. This is a great shop for collectors and even though I think The Shop Wizard is better, it’s a great place if you are just starting a collection, or you want a special present for your neofriend. =D

“...Now Entering Alien Vending Machine.” You can use this to get (according to the shopkeeper) “rare and exotic foods.” You need Nerkmids to do this, and it’s kind of like a game but it’s more a puzzle. Remember, the better the Nerkmid the better the prize! It also says somewhere by the bottom, you can now use Golden and Platinum Nerkmids!

This is really where I should of started... the Welcome Center. It takes you to Pet Central, where you can get Screensavers, backgrounds, greeting cards and much, much more! This is where a lot of graphics designers get images from. This area consists of;
Graphics Resources (Backgrounds, Screensavers, Buddy Icons, Fun Images, Shop Blogs and Music)
Neopian Literature (Lenny Library, Read the Neopedia)
Neopets Stats (Total Owners, Neopets, Owners per Neopet, pageviews)
Contests and Activities (Contests, Word of the Day, Neopian Pound)
Etc... (Send your Neopet, Pronunciations, Send a NeoGreeting, Faerie Quests, Neopets Popularity, Neopet Species, Petpet Species, Link to Us)

Hungry? Why not visit the Pizaroo? The crazy chef in charge makes exotic (but tasty) pizza for a nice price! You have to remember though, sometimes they are sold out of everything. I’m been refreshing for a while, still nothing. Be patient, sometimes it take s a long time... (click)

School is starting again, so come in here and pick up some paper and pens. Here they sell school items for somewhat reasonable prices and some are avatar items!

At the music shop you can buy a variety of musical instruments, so less then others. Some of these include a Saxophone, Harmonica, Xylophone, Zither, and Symbols.

The Pound is where you can disown your pet ,or adopt a new one! This may be easier if you do not know what pet you wish to adopt often because then that way you'll also feel good because it's basically like charity- except on the computer.

Now onto the Defenders HQ... All that is here is you basically get to pick what series of comics you wish to read.

Our last stop, the Hospital. There are symptoms and cures here if you don't know what your pet has or what it needs. After you read all that, you can go to the pharmacy which should be linked somewhere on that page.
I REALLY hope this helps Neopians (such as myself) get a better understanding on this part on Neopia Central (Neopian Plaza), especially Newbies. It didn't help me much, but it did a little.
