A wonderful place for you to paint your pet, your pet to hang out at the hotel, and for you to shop at. Let's start at the Neolodge! The Neolodge is a hotel (to state the obvious) for your pets. I’ll only be listing the first three hotels for we have lots of land to cover... (Note; I will not be going over some places like Zazzle T-Shirts or the NC mall.)
The Cockroach Towers, for 5 neopoints a night is a nice hotel if you want to spend a lot of neopoints on the extras, not to mention the name of it... does it really have cockroaches all over the place? But still, it’s a nice hotel if you are a beginner without a lot of Neopoints.
And for 10 neopoints a night... I present to you Fleapit Motel! Yes, Hotels are multi-story and very awesome, but motels are okay if you are only sending your pet to stay one or two days! And it’s only 10 neopoints a night, plus you can pick from a ton of extras you want for only 5 neopoints for each night you stay. How cool is that?
Presenting, Cheap Hotel! This hotel is probably cheap hence the name, and 20 neopoints a night. With all the accommodations you can chose from, why not stay for a couple days? It might not be the best hotel, but if you have a tight budget, this may be the hotel for you.

Now that the tour of Neolodge is complete, we will move on to the Art Centre! this is a nice little spot in Neopia where you can enjoy beautiful art! You can do 7 very different things around here, which are view the beautiful Art Gallery, buy a Coin, view the Neopian Times, Write/View the storytelling part, enter some Poetry at the Poetry Contest, drink some of the coffee from the Coffee Shop, and Learn how to Draw! Here are some quick descriptions of them all;
Art Gallery; hundreds of fan art from, fans! For getting your picture published (if you send in one) you will be awarded 10,000 neopoints, a rare item, and a trophy!
Coin Shop; It is a Collectable Coins shop where you can add to your Coin Collection!
Neopian Times; A newspaper on the internet for Neopians.
Story Telling; The Neopets Team starts a story and if you want you can submit to add on to their story!
Poetry Contest; Send in a Neopets related poem, and if yours is chosen, you are awarded 1,000 neopoints, a rare item and a trophy! How cool is that?
Coffee Shop; Tired? Come here and buy some coffee! I’ve heard is deliciously good!
How To Draw; A descriptive guide on how to draw faeries, Petpets, Neopets, and miscellaneous things.

Now that’s over, onto Rainbow Pool! Here, you can paint your Petpet or Neopet, or if you need an idea for something just look at the different colors of pets! Remember to do this you  need a paint brush. Paint Brushes for Neopets are a lot more expensive then Petpet Paint Brushes. If at the bottom of the the page, it says: You don't seem to have any magical paintbrushes Then you don’t. You could save up and buy one, or wait a long time.

Onto the Book Shop! Many Neopians love a good book, and Neopets love a good Bedtime story, so want a book? Visit the Neopian Book Shop! And unlike the shopkeeper says, I am sure the bookshop is not “Magical...”

Hungry? Too many Neopoints for the Soup Kitchen? Visit the food shop. With hundreds of delicious choices of food, why not? Oddly enough, the building is quite easy to find, it is shaped like a cheeseburger!

Need a place to store your Neopoints? Well, we'll go over to the bank! Remember to fill out all the information needed. If you are submitting or withdrawing, remember not to put the comma 2,000 No, 2000 Yes! On the top it should show your status. Account type, etc. If it does not you probably have never gone to the bank before.

Auction House. You can Auction off your items, or you can try to buy an item! Remember, if you try to buy an item check it whenever you can so you know if someone's trying to sneak that item out from right under your nose!

The Money Tree! It's the most awesome thing ever, but chances are you won't get that item. Don't get frustrated, just keep trying until you get something you want. It may take you a couple tries, or it may take you hundreds of tries. If you are going to sit there all day and do that, I would suggest it's probably best just to save up for the item...

Next Stop, Petpet Shop! "Oh they are so adorable..." you say as you walk by the window. The owner of this shop keeps the Petpets very well fed. Maybe you want to purchase a Petpet? I don’t know if you do, but Petpets are basically Pets that attach to your Neopet (and then all that Petpetpet jazz...). You do not have to feed these and you can match them against other Petpets! Cool, eh?

The Neopian... Post Office? This is the shop that sells stamps that you can put in your collection. Some are more expensive then others. Some of the stamps that say 5NP on them are generally the least expensive ones, but sometimes they are not. Of all the stamps I have ever seen, they are all very different from each other (I could be wrong, though).

*cough* Is your pet sick? Then visit the pharmacy! This is where all the medicines and cures are in Neopia! If you don’t know what you need to cure your pets sickness, there should be a link on the Pharmacy page somewhere. Can’t Find it? Click Here

Last stop on Chapter One! The Magic Shop. Here Kauvara sells some pretty cool potions, and possibly some pretty weird ones. Lots of these can boost health, and more! There are potions like: Slippery Floor Potion, Lime Elixir, Fire Jug, and much, much, much more!
